Ordering

Please call our retail store at (847) 870-9500 to place a cake order or to ask any questions regarding a cake style, design, or flavor.

No orders are taken or accepted by email.

Any changes to cake orders must be made 48 hours in advance.

Paczki Fest

Paczki Fest starts every year the Thursday before Fat Tuesday and ends on Fat Tuesday. Orders may be placed in person, by phone or online. All orders must be paid in advance. While orders may be placed in advance they may only be picked up in person at our Mt. Prospect IL location and only at the customer's selected day and time.

Next day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM for next day pick up (By 11:00 AM on Sunday). We cannot honor requests for pick up after the store closes. Please be sure you've selected an appropriate pick up time!

All paczki orders will be packaged in quantities of 1/2 dozen or a dozen. We cannot package paczki individually!

Online ordering is available for Paczki Fest every year. Ordering typically opens approximately 4 weeks before Fat Tuesday. The exact date for the start of ordering can vary each year. Shipping is not available for any order placed online and all orders must be picked up in person at our Mt. Prospect Store.

Refunds

We will always do our best to make sure your order is complete and made to our high standards! If you feel there has been an error in the order you may contact us to request a refund. We reserve the right to offer store credit in place of a full refund. We do not charge order cancellation fees or restocking fees.
